Wordpress Blogger - Real Estate company

We are developing a software platform that deals with real estate transactions. We will have a blog and are looking for ghost writers to write on various aspects of the home selling/buying process. In all likelihood, we will come up with the topics and ask you to write about them, including the slant to take on that topic. We might even record our arguments in an audio file and give it to you so you have an idea of what we want in the blog post. The blog post will be authored by one of us. We are looking for long form bloggers, ideally 400 words or more. You don't necessarily have to know about real estate since we can give you the audio file of what we want written. We hope to publish 2x / week depending on the interest we generate. Ideally, we are looking for people who write attractive headlines and have some knowledge of SEO. We also want writing that is simple so that "average joes" can understand it. I have never posted a job on this site before so please let me know if you have questions.
