Writer - Work Afar

I am starting a publication called Work Afar that is focusing on how to manage and work in companies that run remotely. This includes HR, technology, and other relevant topics. As long as the article relates to the day-to-day operations of running a remote team, I am interested in it. Since I am a full-time writer and editor, I don't have the time to write fresh content as quickly as I'd like. I am looking for one-sentence pitches (or just a heading) related to remote team management and an article you've written before (even if it is just for your personal blog).
