Fat Bullfrog (fatbullfrog.com) is a boutique digital marketing agency that manages content marketing campaigns (among other things) for corporate clients. 2015 has been a year of amazing growth for the company and we are busier than we deserve to be, but who’s complaining, right? We are looking to add an assistant to our team who would assist with digital marketing assignments and also take on some administrative tasks. Our digital marketing assistants fill a number of roles. Your responsibilities will probably vary from day-to-day and will likely shift as we continue to evolve, but will probably include some variation of the following: - Manage administrative tasks like compiling reports for both internal and client use, screening new hires, coordinating to-do items for company founder and following up to make sure he actually does his job (we have trouble with him). - Support our content marketing team by conducting research, compiling data, coordinating efforts with other teams, etc. - Support our search engine optimization team by conducting research, running scans, reaching out to prospective content partners, etc. - Support our social media team by conducting research, scheduling posts, monitoring advertising campaigns, etc. - Occasionally writing articles to support any number of possible needs. - Figuring things out that nobody else has an answer to.
