I'm looking for someone willing to ghost write very long articles that are well organized, well researched, and that follow a set guideline explaining wealth building. The following topics will be covered: How the stock market works How the banking system works How portfolio creation works How alternative investments work How hedge funds work How to save money How to plan out a career How to plan out an education without college Why almost everyone should get a "certificate" in their industry Why everyone needs REIT exposure in their portfolio Why everyone should "pay yourself first" to build wealth over time How to find the best online bank rates The purpose of this website will be to give a real-world education to people who are interested in increasing their income, starting side businesses, investing correctly, and building wealth for the long term. I am VERY interested in working with people who have a history of understanding dividend investing, real estate, and other kinds of income investing. Business experience is a plus. How much I'm willing to pay will vary greatly. For starting out, I can pay $20 for a 1,000 word long article. After a month, we can revisit the price -- just knock my socks off the first month.
