Road cycling blogger - Sportive Cyclist

I'm looking for writer with an interest in road cycling to write blog posts for SportiveCyclist.com. The aim of the site is to help beginner and enthusiast cyclists get fitter and faster on their bikes. I am looking for writers that are enthusiastic about road cycling. You own a road bike and you ride it regularly. If you know about cycling training and/or bike tech, that would be a bonus. The style of the website is friendly and enthusiastic, with a side order of humour. I'm looking for someone with an entertaining 'voice'. My readers don't want to be bored. You will have a basic knowledge of SEO (though if you're a great writer, and you don't know SEO, I can teach you) and will know how to write for the web (sub-headings, short paragraphs etc). Topics will be quite specific, and will require some (web-based) research, so you need to be comfortable doing this. Price per post to be agreed (will depend on post length and writing quality) but will be no less than $50. I am looking to build relationships with a small number of writers, with a view to agreeing longer-term contracts at mutually-agreeable rates.
