Link Building/ Outreach Manager - Leading Consumer Blog

I'm looking for someone who is WELL EXPERIENCED in building links for blogs through outreach and by strictly using 'white hat' techniques. If you're familiar with the 'Skyscraper' and/or 'Shotgun' techniques then this will be a big advantage. I'm looking at having someone on board permanently who will work on a monthly retainer (subject to meeting minimum performance requirements). However, to start with, you will need to prove first that you have 'the goods' which means you'll be paid based purely on performance in the first month. The remuneration structure will initially be as follows: 1.Link from sites with DA score of 30-49 - $30 per link built 2. Link from sites with DA score of 50-74 - $50 per link built. 3. Link from sites with DA score of 75+ - $100 per link built. In order to get paid, all the links you build need to meet the following criteria: - Not from PBNs - Must naturally flow within the content on the linking website and not look 'planted' - The linking website must not have a current Google penalty and the Moz spam score must be 5 or less. - The link must be marked as 'dofollow' (duh! ;) )
