I'm the founder of http://ift.tt/1PmaL5X, a nutrition practice teaching women how to rebalance their hormones with food. My mission is to help a million women gain the awareness that food DOES matter in hormonal expression and can prevent serious conditions like breast and thyroid cancers, infertility, miscarriages and more. I currently have a community of over 220K women who are constantly looking for delicious recipes that look, taste good but also have healing properties. Since I'm currently writing a cook book, I need help to develop recipes for my blog. All the recipes are free of: gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and corn. I use very little sugar and no processed food. Many recipes are paleo in nature. I work with an abundance of healing foods like the cruciferous vegetables, flaxseed, fermented foods, hemp, coconut in all forms, organ meats, bitter foods (like dandelion, parsley), citrus etc. I also like to create recipes with more unique ingredients like tiger nut flour, teff gain and flour or cassava flour. If this excites you, please apply. The budget is $100 to $150 per recipe that includes recipe development, 2-3 photographs and a headnote. Here is what I'm looking for: -> you know how to professionally write recipes (not blog style but publisher quality) -> you have good photography skills and can take 2 to 3 good photos of the dish -> you can write a strong headnote for the recipe (based on my input) -> you are open to trying new recipes with less common ingredients (like the ones I mentioned above) -> you are truly interested in women's health and healthy eating -> you are ok to work with meat -> you have worked with gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo-type of recipes OR you are open to trying this style of cooking.
