I'm looking for a marketing content writer / editor to edit and manage the production of highly engaging and visual articles for my site. You will not be writing original content from scratch. I write under my own name, and draft my own posts. I'm specifically looking for someone to own the production process beyond my initial article drafts, including minimal editing and formatting, finding and adding links, sourcing images, creating images where needed, etc. Great examples of what I'm looking for include content from Buffer, Quicksprout, NeilPatel, etc. That level of long-form content + loads of links and visuals is exactly what I'm aiming for. I won't be satisfied with anything less! My audience is freelancers, and examples of the content I write would be things like: * How to build a business development engine to triple your leads * How to manage your personal finances as a freelancer * Why you need to stop charging hourly as a freelancer (and exactly how!) A typical piece is ~2000 words, though sometimes as short as 1000 words, and sometimes as long as 5000 words. Just depends, but ~2000 words is a good average to aim for. The goal would be that for every ~1000 words of content, we'd be adding 5-10 images, and 10+ links to research, mentions, etc. The images would be a mix of annotated screenshots, pop culture references (like movie screengrabs), stock photos, and original graphics. Again, see the list of sites above for examples! I will pay USD 100 per edited article that is ready-to-be published, and if you're awesome at this, I'd like to contract for 8-10 articles per month.
