SEO and Fashion Content Specialist - Italist

We are looking for a creative, in-the-know content editor and curator who is on top of digital and fashion trends, and who also has editorial, creative writing, SEO and growth hacking experience. You will be responsible for overall content strategy, calendar creation, brand protection and writing about fashion and luxury lifestyle on blog and social media to maximize sales. You must possess a unique blend of business and editorial savvy with incredible attention to detail, data, products and the drive to transform content into customer engagement and sales. Main Responsibilities *Work with the Ceo to define and implement overall content development, writing and editing strategy *Maintain monthly editorial calendar for blog and all social media content coordinating with marketing and business initiatives. Ensure the consistency of social media posting based on the calendar *Write creative posts and interviews, and source cool/on-brand topics and subjects for inclusion into the calendar. Provide non-stop ideas and expertise for future content initiatives and potential collaborations *Daily management of blog and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Polyvore,…), ensuring content and editing maintain brand integrity *Partner with e-commerce team to review statistics and ensure marketing needs are being met and best practices are implemented. *This includes creative solutions for generating new traffic and sales (growth hacking, SEO, etc.) *Monitor the competition and plan for change *Lead the representation of italist to customers via social media. Ensure issues and feedback are monitored and coordinate with customer service department as needed
