Ideally I need a co-founder, however I would like enjoy working with you about 3-6 months on a special mission before moving forward. The mission is to develop an in-house + freelancer writer team to create high quality epic content for DesignBold. We don’t expect 1000 blog posts in 6 months, but we expect 10M post views from just 100 epic content we build in 6 months. What you will get? =================== 1. A monthly salary of $2000-$4000/month ($6000-$12000 for 6 months) 2. Accommodation arranged by DesignBold: ~500/month 3. You will be allocated with ~ $10,000 to realize team growth KPI as stated above.This adds up to the total budget of 30K financial projection for this mission 4. A flexible working hours, as long as you keep delivering your great KPI I. What are you responsible for? ============================= 1. Build a systematic growth hacking strategy, especially develope a sustainable traffic with good content marketing. 2. Get 1,2 more team members on board to execute the action plans on the business/marketing side of the company. 3. During 6 months in Vietnam, we will provide you all support so that you can work, live & travel to enjoy the best out of Vietnam: vibrant night life, best authentic Asian food, most beautiful beaches & caves in the world. After 3-6 months, if we enjoy working together, we can work out a stronger partnership and you can own part of the company. Option to relocate and work remotely III.
