Hi. I’m an ex-Australian pro freestyle skier, a former heli-ski resort co-owner, and the son of one of the founding members and a lifetime member of the International Ski Patrol Federation; so skiing is both nature and nurture for me. I’ve recently launched Snowcomparison – a ski resort search engine and wish I to compliment this business with an eBook. The working title is “Reboot” and it is Eat, Pray, Love for skiers and snowboarders. The Project: Estimate this eBook will be 250-275 pages Estimated budget is $2,000. This book explains: - ‘Who’ should be considering this - ‘When’ they should be doing this - ‘Where’ they can do this and the tools and resources to help you - The ‘How’ to do this – along with lists of the tools and resources to help the reader plan and spend a ski season to re-boot. In regards to structure, layout, writing tone, general message and the practical tools and resources. The eBook will be very similar to Suitcase Entrepreneur by Natalie Sisson. If you are not familiar with her book you can learn more about it here: http://ift.tt/19XEcsw What you will be doing: I have started on the bones of the structure, but need help in getting everything down, refining the structure and putting the body together whilst still having my personality and stories come through as well. The ideal scenario is to find the right writer asap, and we can schedule several Skype chats to record interviews as a basis for the story to the written. You can record these and then transcribe the notes and starting putting the eBook together from there. If you are interested in this, the requirements are: 1. Must be a passionate skier or snowboarder with at least 3 years experience 2. Must have written a published eBook / Book in English as first language 3. Excellent English written skills 4. Once contracted you will need to read and be familiar with Suitcase Entrepreneur. I will send a PDF to you. 5. Confirm a budget, payment structure, process and timeframe.
