CallerSmart is an iPhone app and website which offers a popular community phone book for Americans. We are looking for a talented writer with expertise in telecommunication infrastructure to help us craft a series of articles about how the infrastructure of the telecom industry works. You should be familiar with terms like Global Title Translation (GTT), SIP providers, POTS line, CNAM dips, WATS line, etc., and share our fascination with how the telecommunication infrastructure works. You should also be able to explain these things in simple, easy-to-understand language.
