Freelance Blogger - Rug Pad USA

I'm the marketing manager of a company called Rug Pad USA, we are a manufacturer and retailer of rug pads. We are looking for an experienced freelance writer who can continuously update our blog, writing compelling and informational content that can hopefully lead customers to conversions. You will be paid per hour for each article, as well as a monthly commission bonus based on how much revenue is brought in with the articles you've written. I was thinking something like $20/hr +2% commission with a minimum commitment of 1 article a week. To give you an example, I've only written 1 full article on our blog, in the past month it has attributed to roughly $1,600 in revenue, so that would pay you about $60 upfront + $32 commission. With multiple articles, those commissions could compile and would be paid out monthly as long as minimum article requirements are met. Looking forward to your responses. -Will
