Write About The Science of Moisture Management for Dwelling Spaces - Better Marketing, LLC

We're an information-based branding firm and we're looking for somebody with general knowledge of moisture control issues as they relate to dwellings, especially to crawlspaces, to ghostwrite one to three blogs per week for us. You'd be covering issues like how water and water vapors enter subterranean spaces, what can happen when water does get in, various remediation techniques and materials that are available and how to make sure it doesn't happen again. The focus is on educating several target audiences, including homeowners, general contractors and DIYers. What we would really like from you is a solid understanding of the science underpinning moisture management, and then you can do research as necessary into the various techniques and materials that are available. You don't need to be a professional writer, but it would be good if your writing style happens to be relaxed and conversational since we're trying to educate people, not bury them. The pay depends on your background, experience and most importantly, how much time and effort you're going to put in. Many local science and engineering professionals write for us and refer colleagues, so I think we offer commercially reasonable rates. If things go well, this can become a regular source of income for you as do business with many top construction companies. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available.
